We do not give away homes - Tulsa Habitat homeowners pay a mortgage like any other homeowner. The difference is that we work directly with our clients along with community organizations and local financial institutions to keep housing costs affordable and sustainable.

The Homebuyer Program takes, on average, one year to complete. During your time in the program, your home will be constructed.

In the Homebuyer's College, you will take clases on Money Management, Lawn Care, Home Repair, Banking 101, and Good Neighbor/Well Being.
